A Monday Morning Greeting By Shey
Whew! What a weekend! We are just about finished with moving things across the street!!
Whew! What a weekend! We are just about finished with moving things across the street!!
Our weekend was pretty busy trying to get the rest of the big things from across the street to our new abode. This week I will be going through many things preparing for a garage sale this weekend. The following weekend my parents will be here! Time is flying!!
It's still warm here. Warm to me is 100 degrees. It's not hot.... which may seem odd to most of you, but 85 degrees with 85% humidity is HOT! 100 degrees with almost 0% humidity is warm. ;) I do not miss the humidity whatsoever. I do miss my parents, though.
You read that title right. LOL!!! Not out of state, not out of the city of Scottsdale, and not even off our street. ha! We are moving right across the street. ha ha.
We arrived in Scottsdale on Tuesday night! My girls and I had such a great time! And considering how long they were in the car, they both did G-R-E-A-T!
Good morning! :) So, as promised... here are just a couple videos that I was able to upload. The rest will be uploaded either tonight or tomorrow! ;)
Whew what a day! :) We left Deb's house this morning around 10:30am. We had such a great visit with her! It was such a short visit, but a great one nonetheless. :] Angelina kept telling me that she missed her over and over again. Even when we were pulling out of her neighborhood. LOL! Deb - you are loved!
So, we are officially on our way. What a hard thing it was to say our last goodnight, and leave the life we made in North Carolina. While exciting couldn't quite explain the feeling I am feeling right now, it was still bittersweet to leave my friends, and my PARENTS!
I knew that May was going to fly by, but man! I had no idea it was going to fly by THAT FAST! Sheesh! Only FOUR more days until we move! I can hardly believe it!
Yep. That would be 1 more week until we get in the car to drive to Arizona. Forever. Or at least we think it's forever. LOL. Really... we just never really know, do we? After all, if you told me 1 year ago that we would be moving to Arizona, I probably would not believe you.
